At ToiDoi Marketplace, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for our customers. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may request a return or refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return if they are:

    • Damaged, defective, or not as described.

    • Received in incorrect quantity or wrong item delivered.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, fresh food, beverages).

  • Personal care, hygiene, and health-related items.

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.


3. Return Window

  • Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • For defective or damaged items, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video evidence).


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality checks.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • In case of online payment failure or technical issues, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or wallet.


5. Replacement Policy

  • If applicable, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.
